International Apparel will accept returns within 60 days of purchase as long as the item is not worn or altered for refund or exchange if accompanied by the proper sales receipt. Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card. If the item is returned after 60 days, merchandise credit will be issued. If the item is found to have been worn or altered, management will determine if the garment can be salvaged. If it is determined that the garment cannot be resold, no refund or exchange will be approved. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise purchased online or through the catalog may not be returned to a retail location. Due to the nature of Custom Made apparel, cancellation must be made before the garment is placed into work. Returns may be made for alterations only and only with a valid return authorization number. Refunds will not be issued for any Custom Made garment. To Process a Return (Non-Tailored Items Only) Return Form - Enclose the Return Form along with the merchandise and copy of the original packing slip in a secure package.
- Attach the Return Label to the outside and return through any insured shipper.
- If you do not have the Return Label please address your package to the address on Return form.
- Return postage is not paid, customer is responsible for postage.

For Tailored Items (Suits/Sportcoats, etc) - Enclose the item and a copy of the original packing slip in a secure package.

Price Adjustments: We will grant a one time price adjustment if an item goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase if stock is available.
